Ways to Maintain Discipline in Schools

One day, I was sitting in the faculty room with the other academics. One of them was describing his experience to all of us. “Until that moment, the scholars were all calm. Then suddenly, without warning, the schoolroom turned to chaos. All I saw was children yelling and fighting with one another and creating loud noises. I attempted to calm them down. However, it absolutely was in vain. They were screaming like anything”. He explained the alarming scenario he faced, with severe distress. His scenario made me think. This was solely a schoolroom fight and managing it gave the impression to be an uphill task. Why do discipline issues arise?

After pondering over the question of what indeed causes discipline issues in schools, I understood one factor. However, does one realize these measures untroubled and straightforward to implement? Definitely not!
